If an item is found on a bus or voluntarily returned by a passenger or driver, it may be turned in to the Bus Driver Association for safekeeping.

Neither Express Bus Service nor the Bus Driver Association is responsible for lost, stolen, or unattended personal items. If an item is found on a bus or returned by a passenger or driver, it may be turned in to the Bus Driver Association. Where can I view the bus schedule? +

You can view the daily bus schedule on the Tickets & Schedule page. The schedule includes Monday–Saturday service and Sunday service information.

Can I buy bus tickets online? +

Yes. Online tickets are currently available for the Main St / Lincoln Tunnel route. You can purchase tickets through the official ticketing page here: Buy bus tickets online.

Are online tickets available for both routes? +

Online tickets are currently available for the Main St / Lincoln Tunnel route only. Online ticket purchasing is not currently available for the Broadway / GWB route.

Where can I request private group transportation? +

For charter bus, shuttle service, private group transportation, corporate travel, or event transportation, please submit your request through the Charter & Shuttle request form.
